You provide us with the acceptance criteria, and we will make sure the product performs exactly as you intended it to. This form of testing is particularly useful if you are using a vendor to develop your product for you. We've got your back here and we will make sure the work that you paid for is what you are getting.

Integration Testing

Have a new version of a video player? A new comments system for your site? Or maybe just adding in another layer of analytics? We will test your new feature from end to end and make sure the rest of your product isn't being negatively impacted.

Advertising QA

Using web debugging tools, we make sure your product is firing all the correct calls, getting the right responses, and following your ad rules to a T. Your advertising partners are important and we want to help you integrate their ads into your products perfectly.

Ad Experience QA

We comb through your product on a regular schedule, and make sure your customers are getting the ad experience they expect. All your static display ads will be clicked, all your video ads will be watched, and your special campaigns will be covered. Our goal is to bring feedback to this process that only an experienced QA professional can provide.

At BlackBox QA, we prioritize testing on real devices.  Because of this, we’ve acquired a large device inventory which allows us to find device specific and even OS specific issues.

We do our best to provide each of our employees with a wide range of devices. We are a small business and currently have less than 20 employees so our employee to device ratio is very good.

We have been providing QA services to our clients for nearly 6 years now and value their business immensely.

Through constant collaboration and communication with them, we have been trusted to provide coverage for some major events like PPV Boxing, FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, and various series premieres including House of the Dragon and The Last of Us.

One of our clients is Bell Media - the leading content creation company in Canada.  We have been supplying them with both functional and ad QA for TSN, RDS, CTV, CTV News, CP24, BNN Bloomberg, Noovo, iHeartRadio, and Crave.

Another client of ours is Fox Corporation. Our services have changed and expanded over time with them - however our main purpose is to provide them with functional QA for FOX Sports, FOX Nation, FOX News, FOX Soul, FOX Weather, USFL, FOX Deportes, TMZ and TooFab.
